Premium Connection definition

Premium Connection means the CUSTOMER’s specifications result in equipment to be installed that are in excess of the specifications of a Standard Connection to provide for a more reliable and secure connection.
Premium Connection means a connection that are in excess of the specification of a Standard Connection, comprising Premium Equipment.
Premium Connection means a connection made or to be made between the Facility and Eskom’s network based on the customer’s requirements, that are in excess of the specifications of a Standard Connection to provide for a more reliable and secure connection and includes the acquisition and installation of the Premium Equipment;

Premium Connection means a connection made or to be made between the Generation Facility and the Municipality’s network based on the Customer’s requirements, that are in excess of the specifications of a Standard Connection to provide for a more reliable and secure connection, as accepted in the Municipal Quotation Letter and includes the acquisition, installation and Commissioning of the Premium Equipment;
Premium Connection means a connection made or to be made between the Electrical Installation and the Distribution System or the Transmission System based on the CUSTOMER’s requirements, that are in excess of the specification of a Standard Connection, comprising Premium Equipment;

  • Water Connection means the point where a water service line attaches to a water main, thereby allowing water to flow from the City’s water system to an individual customer.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Satellite means any satellite owned by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries and any satellite purchased by the Issuer or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of a Satellite Purchase Agreement, whether such satellite is in the process of manufacture, has been delivered for launch or is in orbit (whether or not in operational service).
