Once agreed upon by the Parties in writing, then such Premium Offering fees may be paid by a reduction or increase in the revenue shares set out in Section 1(a) or as otherwise agreed according to Schedule E.

Client will report to Synacor all of those Users who have purchased Subscription Accounts to each Premium Offering and all users who have CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED EXHIBIT 10.3 disconnected from such Premium Offerings.
