Premium Rebate. In the event that a premium was paid by the Purchaser to Seller on a Mortgage Loan and such Mortgage Loan is demanded for repurchase or make whole within 90 days of the related Closing Date, the Seller shall, upon demand by the Purchaser, refund to the Purchaser the Premium Recapture Price.
