Premium Redemption definition

Premium Redemption means redemption at a redemption price or prices greater than 100% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued interest thereon, if any, to the redemption date, as determined on the Duration/Mode Determination Date.

  • Any request by a Holder pursuant to this paragraph (iv)(B) shall be revocable by that Holder at any time prior to its receipt of the Premium Redemption Price.

  • After the expiration of such 3 full 30 day periods, the Investor shall be immediately entitled to sell the applicable Securities to the Company at the Premium Redemption Price.

  • In lieu of receiving the Delay Payment as provided above, a Holder shall have the right but not the obligation to elect to have the Company redeem its Debentures, Warrants, Common Shares and Warrant Shares at the price equal to the Premium Redemption Price.

Related to Premium Redemption

  • Minimum Redemption means, in relation to the Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Distribution Shares, a minimum redemption of €250 or such lesser amount as may be agreed by the Directors;

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Tax Redemption The meaning specified in Section 9.3(a) hereof.

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Note Redemption Date means, with respect to any Notes to be redeemed under the Indenture, the date fixed for redemption of such Notes under the Indenture.
