prep period definition

prep period means a block of non-student-contact time of at least 30 minutes (elementary) or at least 20 minutes (LUMS, LUHS, GMTCC) during in-session hours. Although teachers may choose to have contact with students during prep periods, time during which teachers are scheduled to be with students shall not be counted as “prep time.”

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC.

  • Start-up period has the meaning as defined in the relevant Supplemental Agreement.

  • Cash Sweep Period means each period commencing on the occurrence of a Cash Sweep Event and continuing until the earlier of (a) the Payment Date next occurring following the related Cash Sweep Event Cure, or (b) until payment in full of all principal and interest on the Loan and all other amounts payable under the Loan Documents.

  • Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.

  • Lock-up Period means the period commencing on the date of the final prospectus relating to the Company’s IPO, and ending on the date specified by the Company and the managing underwriter(s). Such period shall not exceed one hundred eighty (180) days, or such other period as may be requested by the Company or an underwriter to accommodate regulatory restrictions on (i) the publication or other distribution of research reports, and (ii) analyst recommendations and opinions.
