Outdoor advertising means the act or process of notifying, warning, informing, making known or any other act of transferring information in a visible manner and which takes place out of doors;
Targeted Advertising means presenting an advertisement to a student where the selection of the advertisement is based on Student Data or inferred over time from the usage of the operator's Internet web site, online service or mobile application by such student or the retention of such student's online activities or requests over time for the purpose of targeting subsequent advertisements. "Targeted advertising" does not include any advertising to a student on an Internet web site based on the content of the web page or in response to a student's response or request for information or feedback.
General Advertising means “general solicitation” and “general advertising”, respectively, as used under Rule 502(c) of Regulation D, including, without limitation, advertisements, articles, notices or other communications published in any newspaper, magazine or similar media or the internet or broadcast over radio or television or the internet, or any seminar or meeting whose attendees had been invited by general solicitation or general advertising;

Outreach Services has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(5) hereof and Exhibit B hereto.
Advertising Revenues means revenues derived from sales of advertising that are made available to Grantee’s Cable System subscribers within the Town and shall be allocated on a pro rata basis using total Cable Service subscribers reached by the advertising. Additionally, Grantee agrees that Gross Revenues subject to franchise fees shall include all commissions, rep fees, Affiliated Entity fees, or rebates paid to National Cable Communications (“NCC”) and Comcast Spotlight (“Spotlight”) or their successors associated with sales of advertising on the Cable System within the Town allocated according to this paragraph using total Cable Service subscribers reached by the advertising.

Telecommunications Business means the business of (i) transmitting, or providing services relating to the transmission of, voice, video or data through owned or leased transmission facilities, (ii) creating, developing or marketing communications related network equipment, software and other devices for use in a Telecommunications Business or (iii) evaluating, participating or pursuing any other activity or opportunity that is primarily related to those identified in (i) or (ii) above; provided that the determination of what constitutes a Telecommunications Business shall be made in good faith by the Board of Directors of the Guarantor.
