Prepaid Refundable Charges definition

Prepaid Refundable Charges means Charges prepaid by and to be refunded to the Customer following termination of this Agreement or the relevant Licence(s), as applicable, which relate to any period of time following the date all usage of the Materials under the applicable Licence(s) has ceased pursuant to clause 12.7.

Related to Prepaid Refundable Charges

  • Refundable credit means the amount of the City income tax that was paid on the non-distributed portion, if any, of a nonqualified deferred compensation plan.

  • Prepaid Rent means any payment of money to the landlord for a rent obligation not yet

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • collection charges means the charges which the Municipality is entitled to recover in terms of section 75A(1) of the Systems Act, and includes the administrative cost –

  • Lease Payments means the rental payments described in Exhibit A hereto.
