Delivery Instructions means the instructions set out in the Contract for the provision of the Goods and Services, including any other information the Authority considers appropriate to the provision of the Goods and Services.
Dispatch Instruction has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
Construction material means an article, material, or supply brought to the construction site by the Contractor or a subcontractor for incorporation into the building or work. The term also includes an item brought to the site preassembled from articles, materials, or supplies. However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.
Project Application means the federal Section 5311 operating assistance project application submitted by the Municipal Corporation to, and as approved by the Commissioner for the Project described in Appendix C of this Agreement, including all project supporting information submitted therewith;

Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;

Voice Initiated Funds Transfer Instruction means any Voice Initiated Redemption or Voice Initiated Election.For the purposes of these definitions, the singular includes the plural and the plural includes the singular, unless otherwise indicated. General Exclusions - Applicable to All Insuring Clauses2. This bond does not directly or indirectly cover:a. loss not reported to the COMPANY in writing within sixty (60) days after termination of this Bond as an entirety;b. loss due to riot or civil commotion outside the United States of America and Canada, or any loss due to military, naval or usurped power, war or insurrection. This Section 2.b., however, shall not apply to loss which occurs in transit in the circumstances recited in INSURING CLAUSE 3., provided that when such transit was initiated there was no knowledge on the part of any person acting for the ASSURED of such riot, civil commotion, military, naval or usurped power, war or insurrection;c. loss resulting from the effects of nuclear fission or fusion or radioactivity;
Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO’s Tariff or any Transmission/Distribution Owner’s tariff that reflect methodology and costs to interconnect the Facility to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric grid.
Detailed manufacturing or process data means technical data that describe the steps, sequences, and conditions of manufacturing, processing or assembly used by the manufacturer to produce an item or component or to perform a process.
Construction Activities means the disturbance of soils associated with clearing, grading, excavation activities or other construction-related activities.
Vapor control system means a system that prevents release to the atmosphere of gasoline vapors in excess of 80 milligrams per liter of gasoline loaded (4.7 grains per liter).
Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual containing details of financial and accounting procedures, procurement arrangements, environmental and social monitoring and mitigation arrangements, and other administrative and organizational arrangements, as shall have been agreed with the Association for purposes of Project implementation, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes any schedules to the PIM;
Procurement Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Tetra Tech International Development) or upon the earlier termination of the process
Interconnection Studies means the Interconnection Feasibility Study, the System Impact Study, and the Facilities Study described in Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.
Technical Agreement means any technical or quality agreements signed by You (or Your Affiliate) and RB (or RB’s Affiliates) specifying technical and quality responsibilities in respect of the Output entered into prior to the date of the Order.
technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;
Client Application means an application developed by Licensee that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.
Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);
RBC instructions means the RBC report, including risk-based capital instructions adopted by the NAIC, as the RBC instructions may be amended by the NAIC from time to time in accordance with the procedures adopted by the NAIC.
Construction activity means any clearing, grading or excavation associated with large construction activity or associated with small construction activity.
Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.
L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.
Commercial use request means a re- quest from or on behalf of one who seeks information for a use or purpose that furthers the commercial, trade, or profit interests of the requester or the person on whose behalf the request is made.
Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;
Backflow prevention device means a safety device used to prevent pollution or contamination of the water supply due to the reverse flow of water from the irrigation system.
