The Preparatory Meeting will plan the programme of the Sister City Conference and evaluate together summary of activities.
The Shareholders agree and covenant that they shall exercise the voting rights attaching to their Registered Shares at each General Meeting in accordance with the Special Resolution(s) (as defined in Section 4.3) and/or Ordinary Resolution(s) (as the case may be) adopted at the relevant Preparatory Meeting, as a single, unified block.
