Prepayment Consideration Period definition

Prepayment Consideration Period with respect to each Series and Class, shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the related Series Supplement.
Prepayment Consideration Period means, with respect to the Series 2023-1 Notes, the period from the Closing Date until (but not including) the Payment Date in July 2026.

Related to Prepayment Consideration Period

  • Principal Payment Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the related Principal Remittance Amount for such date minus the related Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such date.
