Prepayment Penalty definition

Prepayment Penalty. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the amount of any premium or penalty required to be paid by the Mortgagor if the Mortgagor prepays such Mortgage Loan as provided in the related Mortgage Note or Mortgage.
Prepayment Penalty. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the penalty if the Mortgagor prepays such Mortgage Loan as provided in the related Mortgage Note or Mortgage.
Prepayment Penalty. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the fee, if any, payable upon the prepayment, in whole or in part, of such Mortgage Loan, as set forth in the related Mortgage Note.

More Definitions of Prepayment Penalty

Prepayment Penalty. Any prepayment premium, penalty or charge collected by the Servicer with respect to a Mortgage Loan from a Mortgagor in connection with any Principal Prepayment pursuant to the terms of such Mortgage Loan.
