Prestige Retailers definition

Prestige Retailers means department stores, specialty stores, store-in-store concessions in department and/or specialty stores, perfumeries, prestige catalogs, travel retail, Internet, mobile or other digital media channels of EL or its Affiliates, Aerin LLC or its Affiliates or any of their respective retail partners and such other distribution channels as determined by EL in its discretion following consultation with Aerin LLC and consistent with the high-end image of the brand.

Examples of Prestige Retailers in a sentence

  • EL, following consultation with Aerin LLC, shall determine in its sole discretion the manner in which to distribute Licensed Products in Prestige Retailers and may use the EL sales force to support such distribution.

  • Aerin LLC agrees that it will ensure that all products bearing Licensed Trademarks (other than Licensed Products, for which EL is responsible) will be of high quality as to workmanship, design and materials used therein, will be at least generally equal in quality to products sold under the Other Prestige Trademarks, and will be distributed exclusively through Prestige Retailers.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Processing Services means those services, which are necessary to issue a Card and process a transaction in accordance with Government Requirements and the Rules of any System and Regulatory Authority. Such services shall include but not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of the Card and Cardholder Funds, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Cardholder dispute resolution, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Supplier’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the Supplier under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.
