Prevailing Time definition

Prevailing Time means the prevailing time in Louisville, Kentucky.
Prevailing Time means the prevailing time in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (or any other city of which the Bank may have given the Obligor notice) on the date in question; “Taxes” means all taxes, fees, duties, levies, imposts, deductions, changes or withholdings of any kind (other than taxes on the Bank’s net income); and “UCP” means the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (1993 Revision), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 500, and any subsequent official revision thereof.
