Prevailing Wage Rates definition

Prevailing Wage Rates means the Montana Prevailing Wage Rate for public works projects as published from time to time by and available from the Montana Department of Labor and Industry, Research and Analysis Bureau, X.X. Xxx 0000, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx 00000, telephone number (000) 000-0000.

More Definitions of Prevailing Wage Rates

Prevailing Wage Rates. Refer to Paragraph G on the Cover of this Contract.
Prevailing Wage Rates means the hourly wage rates that OPRL and/or the DOL has determined must be paid to Workers in a given craft or classification. These rates will include any predetermined increases where such increases have been determined.
Prevailing Wage Rates means the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for the craft, classification, or type of work within the locality and in the nearest labor market area, as determined by the Director of Industrial Relations pursuant to Sections 1773 and 1773.9 of the Labor Code, and the applicable prevailing apprentice wage rate.

  • Prevailing Rate means, in respect of any currencies on any day, the spot rate of exchange between the relevant currencies prevailing as at or about 12 noon (London time) on that date as appearing on or derived from the Relevant Page or, if such a rate cannot be determined at such time, the rate prevailing as at or about 12 noon (London time) on the immediately preceding day on which such rate can be so determined or, if such rate cannot be so determined by reference to the Relevant Page, the rate determined in such other manner as an Independent Financial Adviser shall in good faith prescribe.

  • Prevailing Exchange Rate means, for purposes of translating, as of any date, any amount in a non-U.S. currency to U.S. dollars, the spot mid-rate of exchange between such currencies prevailing as of 4 p.m., New York City time, on such date, as displayed on, or derived from, Bloomberg page “BFIX” (or, if such page is not available, its equivalent successor page) in respect of such currencies. If such rate cannot be determined as provided in the immediately preceding sentence on such date (which, for the purpose of this definition, will be deemed to be the “affected day”), then the Prevailing Exchange Rate for such date will be determined mutatis mutandis but with respect to the immediately preceding day on which such rate can be so determined; provided, however, that, if such immediately preceding day is before the fifth (5th) day before such affected day, or if such rate cannot be so determined, then the Prevailing Exchange Rate will be determined in such other commercially reasonable manner as determined by the Company in good faith.

  • Straight-time rate means the hourly rate of remuneration.

  • SONIA Reference Rate means, in respect of any London Banking Day, a reference rate equal to the daily Sterling Overnight Index Average ("SONIA") rate for such London Banking Day as provided by the administrator of SONIA to authorised distributors and as then published on the Relevant Screen Page (or if the Relevant Screen Page is unavailable, as otherwise is published by such authorised distributors) on the London Banking Day immediately following such London Banking Day; and

  • Reference Rate means the rate specified as such hereon.

  • Annual Rate of Pay means, as of any date, an employee’s annualized base pay rate. An employee’s Annual Rate of Pay shall not include sales commissions or other similar payments or awards.

  • London Living Wage means the basic hourly wage of £9.75 (before tax, other deductions and any increase for overtime) as may be updated from time to time by the Resolution Foundation, overseen by the Living Wage Commission, or any successor body carrying out the relevant calculation; Material Adverse Effect means the effect of any event or circumstance which is reasonably likely to be materially adverse to the ability of the Grant Recipient to deliver the Approved Bid or a Named Project (as the context requires) on the basis agreed under this Agreement and/or within the time limits (if any) for doing so; Milestone means the Start on Site and/or the Practical Completion stages of a Named Project as agreed by the parties and set out in OPS; Milestone Date means the date agreed by the GLA through OPS by which the relevant Milestone must have been achieved (as the same may be extended by the GLA pursuant to Condition 7.1);

  • CMS Rate means the applicable swap rate for swap transactions in the Reference Currency with a maturity of the Designated Maturity, expressed as a percentage, which appears on the Relevant Screen Page as at the Specified Time on the relevant Interest Determination Date in question, all as determined by the Calculation Agent.
