Preventative Care definition

Preventative Care means pro-actively identifying a health risk or the management thereof, aimed at preventing disease, payable by the Scheme for specifically defined benefits;
Preventative Care means any Treatment, service or procedure, including, but not limited to, physical examinations, Medications, Surgery, inoculations, or laboratory procedures, for the purpose of prevention of Injury or Illness or for the promotion of general health, where there has been no Injury or Illness.
Preventative Care means treatment where no illness or injury is present, including well childcare and routine physical exams.
