The Contractor shall promptly either modify the Preventive Maintenance Calendar based upon the Buyer’s reasonable comments or notify the Buyer that such comments will not result in modifications to the Preventive Maintenance Calendar.
Maintenance Preventive maintenance (“Preventive Maintenance”) consists of the performance of scheduled maintenance inspections, which will be carried out in accordance with the Preventive Maintenance Calendar.
At least thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of each calendar year, the Contractor will submit to the Buyer the projected Preventive Maintenance Calendar for the then upcoming calendar year in accordance with the O&M Manuals.
