Previous Contractor Employee definition
Previous Contractor Employee means an employee of a Previous Contractor who immediately before the Relevant Transfer Date is assigned to carry out the services to be carried out by the Contractor or Sub-Contractor under this Contract and who has not been dismissed, resigned, been reassigned or objected to the Relevant Transfer;
Previous Contractor Employee means an employee who immediately prior to 0001 hours on the Relevant Transfer Date is an employee of the Previous Contractor and assigned to carry out the services which will be performed by the Contractor under this Contract;
Previous Contractor Employee means an employee who immediately prior to 0001 hours on the Relevant Transfer Date is an employee of the Previous Contractor and assigned to carry out the services, which will be performed by the Contractor under the Contract.
