PJM Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of PJM or the successor, superseding or amended versions of the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement that may take effect from time to time.
Company Operating Agreement means the Restated Operating Agreement of the Company dated August__, 2019, as amended from time to time.
Co-operation Agreement means the agreement between the Exchange and Oslo Børs with regards to the access to the Linked Order Book;
Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Operating Agreement means the agreement, whether or not referred to as an operating agreement and whether oral, in a record, implied, or in any combination thereof, of all the members of a limited liability company, including a sole member, concerning the matters described in section 489.110, subsection 1. The term includes the agreement as amended or restated.
Joint Operating Agreement (JOA) means the operating and participating agreement between the Parties constituting the Contractor that governs their operational activities, obligations and responsibilities under this Contract,
Property Management Agreement means any Property Management Agreement between the Company and the Property Manager.
leasing agreement means an agreement by which one person (the lessor) grants a right to possession or control of an object (with or without an option to purchase) to another person (the lessee) in return for a rental or other payment;
Management Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Borrower and the Manager providing for the ship management and crewing services of the Vessel, such agreement to be in the form and on the terms and conditions required by the Agent;
Alliance Agreement has the meaning given to such term in paragraph 11.2 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);
MCIP Agreement means the Agreement for the Development of a Joint County Industrial and Business Park (2010 Park) dated as of December 1, 2010, as amended, between the County and Xxxxxxxx County, South Carolina, as the same may be further amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other agreement as the County may enter with respect to the Project to offer the benefits of the Special Source Revenue Credits to the Company hereunder.
Operating Partnership Agreement means the Fifth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Operating Partnership, as it may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
Hotel Management Agreement means any hotel management agreement relating to the management and operation of the Real Property together with all supplements, amendments and modifications thereto.
Formation Agreement has the meaning attributed to it in Recital A;
New Management Agreement means the management agreement to be entered into between Buyer and the Manager for the operation and management of the Hotel on and after the Closing Date.
Previous Agreement has the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals.
Foundation Agreement means the agreement dated the 20th February 1985 made between the Trustee, the Manager, Xxxxxxxx, Genting WA and Tileska providing for the subscription of Units and Options;
Existing Management Agreement means that certain management agreement between the Seller and the Existing Manager for the operation and management of the Hotel.
SPS Agreement means the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures which is a part of the WTO Agreement; Subheading means the first six digits in the tariff classification number under the HS; Territory means:
SCM Agreement means the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement;
Diversion agreement means a mechanism designed to hold a child accountable for his or her behavior and, if appropriate, securing services to serve the best interest of the child and to provide redress for that behavior without court action and without the creation of a formal court record;
Performance Agreement means an agreement between an HSP and its CEO that requires the CEO to perform in a manner that enables the HSP to achieve the terms of this Agreement and any additional performance improvement targets set out in the HSP’s annual quality improvement plan under the Excellent Care for All Act, 2010;
Termination Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Maintenance agreement means a contract of limited duration
Construction Agreement as used in this subsection means an agreement between Seller and any contractor or subcontractor to install the System;
Master Separation Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
