The highest applicable percentage ratio in respect of the annual rent for payable under the Tenancy Agreement (whether alone or aggregated with the annual rents payable under the Previous Tenancy Agreements pursuant to Rule 14A.25 of the Listing Rules) on an annual basis in each financial year ending 31 March 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, exceeds 0.1% but is less than 5%.
