Stock Appreciation Award definition
Stock Appreciation Award means the right, independent of any Stock Option, to receive, pursuant to an award granted under paragraph (c) of Section 6 of this Plan, with respect to a specified number of shares of Stock, an amount equal to the difference on the date that such right is exercised between (i) the Fair Market Value of such shares on the date that such right is exercised, and (ii) the Fair Market Value of such shares on the date that such right was granted.
