Price Structure definition

Price Structure means all costs as per clause 3 of the Covering Schedule which amount will become due and payable to the Contractor in the execution of the Works in terms of this Agreement;
Price Structure means the details relating to the pricing schedule including customer categories, demand and kWh charges, pricing blocks, lifeline rates, seasonal and time- of-use charges, fixed charges, charges for reactive power, charges for un-metered supplies, charges for supply at different voltages, and other characteristics of the electricity price;
