Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;
Price Gap means the following:
Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
Price Source Disruption means (a) the failure of the Price Source to announce or publish the Reference Price (or the information necessary for determining the Reference Price); or (b) the temporary or permanent discontinuance or unavailability of the Price Source.
Price Source means the price source indicated in the table of Reference Assets comprising the Reference Portfolio under “Return of Your Deposit – Reference Portfolio” under Exchange or, if such price source is discontinued or otherwise unavailable, any other price source deemed reliable and appropriate by the Calculation Agent acting in good faith.
Closing Purchase Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1(b), which aggregate purchase price shall be net of the underwriting discounts and commissions.
Purchaser Schedule means the Purchaser Schedule to this Agreement listing the Purchasers of the Notes and including their notice and payment information.
Estimated Closing Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(a)(ii).
Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.
Purchase Price Date means the date the Purchase Price is delivered by Lender to Borrower.
Day-ahead Congestion Price means the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.
Purchase Price Allocation Schedule has the meaning given to it in Section 2.7(a).
INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
Locational Price Adder means an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity within an LDA as necessary to reflect the price of Capacity Resources required to relieve applicable binding locational constraints.
Closing Working Capital means: (a) the Current Assets of the Company, less (b) the Current Liabilities of the Company, determined as of the open of business on the Closing Date.
Estimated Closing Net Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(a).
Final Closing Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(d).
Bidders from a country which shares a land border with India for the purpose of this Order means:
Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date.
Option Closing Purchase Price shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.2(b), which aggregate purchase price shall be net of the underwriting discounts and commissions.
Closing Date Working Capital has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(b).
Open type traction battery means a type of battery requiring liquid and generating hydrogen gas released to the atmosphere.
Closing Date Purchase Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 hereof.
Estimated Closing Date Net Working Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a)(i).
PRICED SCHEDULE OR QUANTITIES means the schedule duly priced.
Unit Price Work means the Work, or a portion of the Work, paid for based on incremental units of measurement.
