Pricing Approval means such governmental approval, agreement, determination or decision establishing prices for a Licensed Product that can be charged and/or reimbursed in regulatory jurisdictions where the applicable Governmental Authorities approve or determine the price and/or reimbursement of pharmaceutical products.
Additional Indication means any indication other than the Initial Indication.
Pricing Schedule means the Schedule attached hereto identified as such.
Pricing Grid the pricing grid attached hereto as Annex A.
Product Schedule means a product schedule documenting the specific terms and conditions applying to a Product as may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time (and includes any Electronic Platform Schedules);
Additional Product means any Product identified as such in the Product Terms and chosen by Enrolled Affiliate under this Enrollment.
Additional SDU Study means a deliverability study that a Developer may elect to pursue as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S). For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Affiliated Entity” shall mean, with respect to a person or Entity:
Major Market Country means one or more of the following: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States of America.
Approved Pricing Service means a pricing or quotation service either: (a) as set forth in Schedule 1.01(a) or (b) any other pricing or quotation service approved by the Board of Directors of the Borrower and designated in writing by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent (which designation shall be accompanied by a copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors of the Borrower that such pricing or quotation service has been approved by the Borrower).
Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.
Major Market Countries means [***].
Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.
Alternative nicotine product means any noncombustible product containing nicotine that is not made of tobacco and is intended for human consumption, whether chewed, absorbed, dissolved, or ingested by any other means. "Alternative nicotine product" does not include any nicotine vapor product or any product regulated as a drug or device by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under Chapter V (21 U.S.C. § 351 et seq.) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Sales territory means an area of exclusive sales responsibility for the brand or brands of beer sold by a supplier as designated by an agreement.
Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.
Pricing Supplement means a shelf prospectus supplement that contains the price of securities distributed under an MTN program or other continuous distribution using the shelf procedures;
Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;
Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation
Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.
Major EU Country means any of France, Germany, Italy, Spain or the United Kingdom.
Program Details means the specific details provided to Influencer by Brand, including, but not limited to, compensation, program dates, branding guidelines, general and specific responsibilities of Influencer and Brand. Influencer may engage in multiple Program Details, each governed by this Agreement. This Program Details are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. If any provisions of the Program Details conflict with this Agreement, then the Program Details will control.
Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.
Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;
customs territory means the territory of the country of each Contracting Party in which the Customs laws of that country are in force;
Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.
U.S. Territory means American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
