Pricing Committee definition

Pricing Committee means the committee of the Board of Directors of the Purchaser formed to, among other matters, have the authority to authorize the purchase of the Purchased Shares and the preferred shares, Common Shares and warrants to be purchased pursuant to the Other Securities Purchase Agreements.
Pricing Committee shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
