Pricing Form is the document upon which the Proposer or Proposer submits prices correlating to the goods and services that the Authority intends to purchase. The Pricing Form is attached as Exhibit 2 to this Contract.

Pricing Form means the pricing form for a Collection Catchment Area set forth in Appendix I. “Procurement Process” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 of the Draft MSA.
