Pricing Grid Table definition

Pricing Grid Table means each Pricing Grid Table which appears in section 2.7(f).

Examples of Pricing Grid Table in a sentence

  • As used herein, the term "APPLICABLE COMMITMENT FEE RATE" means 22.50 basis points per annum; PROVIDED, that subsequent to the fiscal quarter of the Borrower ended nearest to March 31, 1998, the Applicable Commitment Fee Rate will be determined by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the Pricing Grid Table which appears in section 2.8(g), based on the ratio referred to in such Table.

Related to Pricing Grid Table

  • Pricing Grid the pricing grid attached hereto as Annex A.

  • Pricing Level IV means any time when (i) no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, (ii) the Senior Debt Rating is BBB- or higher by S&P or Baa3 or higher by Moody’s and (iii) Pricing Levels I, II and III do not apply.
