PRICING: TBD. Pricing set forth herein shall be firm for the term of the Contract. All price decreases will automatically be extended to the County of Orange. County will accept decreases only. Pricing will be firm unless a reduction is available. Contractor shall provide combined Auto-Indexing and Redaction Software and Maintenance to process up to 800,000 documents per year and 4.8 million pages without any further costs. Contractor shall provide pricing per document and per page for excess documents above 800,000 per year in Section III. Special Pricing.
A. Auto-Indexing and Redaction Software License: (Up to 800,000 documents and 4.8 million pages) Includes annual maintenance and support.
