Primary Arbitration definition

Primary Arbitration means, where there is more than one arbitration commenced under this Agreement, the arbitration first commenced (to be conclusively determined by the ICC Court in the event of a dispute).

Examples of Primary Arbitration in a sentence

  • That party must also send such applications to all parties to the Primary Arbitration and the Later Arbitration.

  • Any party to either a Primary Arbitration or one or more Later Arbitration(s) may apply to the ICC Court for a Consolidation Order in relation to any Later Arbitration(s).
