Primary Currency definition

Primary Currency has the meaning specified in Section 9.11(c).
Primary Currency is defined in Section 12.15.
Primary Currency has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.17.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Primary Currency of any Supplemental Tranche may or may not be in Dollars.

  • All payments received by a Funding Agent (i) after 1:00 p.m., Applicable Time, in the case of payments in the Primary Currency of the applicable Tranche, or (ii) after the Applicable Time specified by such Funding Agent in the case of payments in an Alternative Currency of such Tranche, shall in each case be deemed received on the next succeeding Business Day and any applicable interest or fee shall continue to accrue.

More Definitions of Primary Currency

Primary Currency means (a) with respect to the U.S. Tranche, Dollars; (b) with respect to the Euro Tranche, Euro; and (c) with respect to each Supplemental Tranche, as set forth in the applicable Supplemental Addendum.
Primary Currency means each of the Euro, and the lawful currency of each of Japan, the United Kingdom and Canada.
Primary Currency means the foreign currency denomination in which the security has been issued
