Other Currency definition

Other Currency has the meaning specified in Section 1.15.

Examples of Other Currency in a sentence

  • The obligations of the applicable Borrower in respect of any sum due in the Original Currency from it to the Lender shall, notwithstanding any judgment in any Other Currency, be discharged only to the extent that on the Business Day following receipt by the Lender of any sum adjudged to be so due in such Other Currency the Lender may, in accordance with its normal banking procedures, purchase the Original Currency with such Other Currency.

  • If, for the purposes of obtaining judgment in any court, it is necessary to convert a sum due hereunder in Dollars into another currency (the “Other Currency”), to the full extent permitted by applicable law, the rate of exchange used shall be that at which the Lender could, in accordance with normal procedures, purchase Dollars with the Other Currency on the Business Day preceding that on which final judgment is given.

  • The obligation of each Loan Party in respect of any such sum due from it to the Lender hereunder shall, notwithstanding any judgment in such Other Currency, be discharged only to the extent that, on the Business Day immediately following the date on which the Lender receives any sum adjudged to be so due in the Other Currency, the Lender may, in accordance with normal banking procedures, purchase Dollars with the Other Currency.
