Primary Growth Area definition

Primary Growth Area means the properties designated as such in Schedule “A” to Bylaw No. 8679, 2015;
Primary Growth Area means the properties designated as such in Schedule ‘A-1’ to Bylaw No. 1805, 2016.

  • Impervious area means any surface that does not allow stormwater to infiltrate into the ground.
