Primary Incorporated Municipality definition

Primary Incorporated Municipality means a city, town, village or other municipality incorporated under applicable state law with a population of at least 25,000 that is not located within another incorporated municipality. The Population Percentage of each Primary Incorporated Municipality shall be equal to its population (including the population of any incorporated or unincorporated municipality located therein) divided by 200% of the State’s population; provided that the Population Percentage of a Primary Incorporated Municipality that is not located within a county shall be equal to 200% of its population (including the population of any incorporated or unincorporated municipality located therein) divided by 200% of the State’s population. For all States that do not have functional counties or parishes, the Population Percentage of each non-county Subdivision (including any incorporated or unincorporated municipality located therein), shall be equal to its population divided by the State’s population.

For all States that do not have functional counties or parishes, the Population Percentage of each General Purpose Government (including any incorporated or unincorporated municipality located therein), shall be equal to its population divided by the State’s population.

  • Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.

  • Nonprofit entity means any entity organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, or operated by the Federal Government, the State, or any political subdivision of the State.

  • Condominium Corporation means a condominium or strata corporation established under provincial legislation.

  • Planned community means a common interest community that is not a condominium or a cooperative. A condominium or cooperative may be part of a planned community.

  • Subdivision Plat means the graphical representation of the subdivision of land, prepared by a licensed professional land surveyor, having a number or letter designation for each lot within the plat and a succinct name or title that is unique for the county where the land is located.

  • Nation means the Oneida Nation.
