Primary Suppliers definition

Primary Suppliers means, collectively, Valero, BP, Exxon, Marathon, Shell, Motiva and Core-Mark and each individually referred to as a “Primary Supplier.”

• The information furnished by our Primary Suppliers was reviewed and analyzed by our internal team led by KVH’s Director of Global Supply Chain and retained within the company’s document retention system.

• If such measures and instructions are not adopted by the Primary Suppliers within given timeframe, the PIU will change the Primary Suppliers who can demonstrate that they meet the requirement of ESS2 and UNDP SES Standard 7.
