Primary Units definition

Primary Units has the meaning given to such term in Section 2.02(b).
Primary Units means at any time the authorized but unissued Units.

More Definitions of Primary Units

Primary Units means, at any time, Common Units to be issued by the Partnership, the issuance of which by the Partnership is permitted or has been authorized in accordance with the Partnership Agreement.
Primary Units means the Closing Company Units that are not Purchased Units.
Primary Units means Units issued directly by the Partnership in exchange for cash contributions made in connection with the closing of the Offering.

The Employee acknowledges and agrees that if the Employee is or was employed at a segment level, the Employee is providing or has provided services to and for, and has obtained and has or had access to Confidential Information about, each business unit of such segment; and if the Employee is or was employed at the corporate/headquarters level, the Employee is providing or has provided services to and for, and has obtained and has or had access to Confidential Information about, each business unit of the Corporation.

  • Initial Units means, with respect to any Initial Limited Partner, the aggregate number of Class A Units owned by such Initial Limited Partner as of the date of this Agreement.

  • LP Units means the non-voting limited partnership units in the capital of BEP, other than the Preferred Units, including any LP Units issued pursuant to the Redemption-Exchange Mechanism.

  • Initial Common Units means the Common Units sold in the Initial Offering.

  • Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.

Public units additionally include, but are not limited to:

  • Class B Units means the Class B Units of the Company.

  • Class A Common Units means a Common Unit which is designated as a “Class A Common Unit” and which has the rights, preferences and other privileges designated in Annex A hereto and elsewhere in this Agreement in respect of holders of Common Units.

  • Additional Units means such Units (as defined herein) as are issued in respect of Additional Securities."

  • OP Units means units of limited partnership interest in the Operating Partnership.

  • Membership Units means the limited liability company interests in the Company held by the Members, expressed as a number of units held by each Member and set forth opposite such Member's name on Schedule I attached hereto, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
