Primary Usage definition

Primary Usage is defined as each licensed user being counted only once as a designated Named or Casual User of the Oracle Application he will use most. However, a licensed Named or Casual User may access all Oracle Applications licensed under the Agreement which have been licensed under the same licensing methodology, regardless of the designated Oracle Application of primary use.

  • Facility Usage means, at the time in question, the aggregate amount of outstanding Loans and LC Obligations at such time.

  • Revolver Usage means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the amount of outstanding Advances, plus (b) the amount of the Letter of Credit Usage.
