Principal Asset definition

Principal Asset means each of the ▇▇▇▇ Massachusetts Project and, from and after the ▇▇▇▇ Las Vegas Reorganization, the ▇▇▇▇ Las Vegas Resort and the Encore at ▇▇▇▇ Las Vegas.
Principal Asset means any asset which is necessary to enable the licensee to undertake its licensed Electricity Activities in accordance with the Law, the Implementing Regulations and/or this licence.
Principal Asset means each of the Wynn Massachusetts Resort and the ▇▇▇▇ Las Vegas Resort and the Encore at ▇▇▇▇ Las Vegas.

  • The foregoing provisions of this Article 5 shall not apply to any Principal Asset Sale or Principal Asset Sales.
