Principal Asset definition

Principal Asset means each of the Xxxx Massachusetts Project and, from and after the Xxxx Las Vegas Reorganization, the Xxxx Las Vegas Resort and the Encore at Xxxx Las Vegas.
Principal Asset means any asset which is necessary to enable the licensee to undertake its licensed Electricity Activities in accordance with the Law, the Implementing Regulations and/or this licence.

  • Principal Payments means all payments of principal made pursuant to the terms of the Note.

The Notes are subject to all terms of the Indenture. The Class A-1 Notes are and will be equally and ratably secured by the collateral pledged as security therefor as provided in the Indenture. Interest on and principal of the Notes will be payable in accordance with the priority of payments set forth in Section 8.2 of the Indenture.

  • Noteholders' Monthly Principal Distributable Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Noteholders' Percentage of the Principal Distributable Amount.
