Principal Agent means the person or entity appointed by the employer and named in the schedule. In the event of a principal agent not being appointed, then all the duties and obligations of a principal agent as detailed in the agreement shall be fulfilled by a representative of the employer as named in the schedule
City Attorney means the City Attorney of the City or any person designated by the City Attorney to perform one or more of the duties of the City Attorney under this Agreement.
Principal Agreements refers to Exclusive Technology Consulting Service Agreement, Call Option Agreement and the Proxy Agreement. 各协议:指独家技术咨询和服务协议、期权协议以及投票权委托协议。
Principal Agreement means the Agreement of which a copy is set out in the Schedule to the Iron Ore (Mount ▇▇▇▇▇) Agreement ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; words and phrases to which meanings are given under clause 1 of the principal Agreement (other than words or phrases to which meanings are given in the foregoing provisions of this clause) shall have the same respective meanings in this Agreement as are given to them under clause 1 of the principal Agreement.
County Attorney means the chief legal counsel for County appointed by the Board.
