Principal Businesses definition

Principal Businesses means each Business that is not a Deferred Business.
Principal Businesses means (i) the business of designing, manufacturing and selling manufactured housing to be used for residential, recreational or other purposes and (ii) the Additional Businesses.
Principal Businesses means either of the Company's Chemical or Fertilizer businesses as described in the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1995 and (2) "Continuing Director" shall mean any member of the Board of Directors of the Company who is a member of the Board of Directors as of the date of this Agreement and any person who subsequently becomes a member of the Board of Directors, if such person's nomination for election or election to the Board of Directors is recommended or approved by a majority of the Continuing Directors.
