Principal Councils definition

Principal Councils. – means Northamptonshire County Council (NCC), and the seven district and borough councils in the county of Northamptonshire, namely Corby Borough Council (CBC), Daventry District Council (DDC), East Northamptonshire Council (ENC), Kettering Borough Council (KBC), Northampton Borough Council (NBC), South Northamptonshire Council (SNC) and Wellingborough Borough Council (WBC)
Principal Councils means county councils and county borough councils.
Principal Councils means any of the 22 local authorities in Wales as set out in Parts I and II of Schedule 4 to the Local Government Act 1972.

  • Travelling Companion means an individual or individuals travelling with the Insured/Insured Person, provided that, the Insured and such individual(s) are travelling to the same destination and on the same date and such individual(s) is/are also insured under this Policy. For the purpose of this definition, any individual(s) forming part of a group travelling on a tour arranged by a Travel Agent or a tour operator shall not be considered as Travelling Companion, unless the individual(s) is/are part of the family of the Insured/Insured Person.

  • LLC Division means the statutory division of any limited liability company into two or more limited liability companies pursuant to Section 18.217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act or a comparable provision of a different jurisdiction’s laws, as applicable.

  • Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.

  • Traveling Companion means a person or persons with whom the Insured has coordinated travel arrangements and intends to travel with during the Trip. A group or tour leader is not considered a traveling companion unless the Insured is sharing room accommodations with the group or tour leader.

  • City Council means the governing body of the City.

  • Planning Board means the Planning Board of the University;

  • Legislative Leadership Committee means a committee established, authorized to be established, or designated by the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the General Assembly, or the Minority Leader of the General Assembly pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-10.1 for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.

  • Regional Director means the Regional Director of the Southwestern Region of the Ministry;

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • North American Numbering Council or "NANC" means the federal advisory committee chartered by the FCC to analyze, advise, and make recommendations on numbering issues.

  • Regional Manager means regional executive director of the Ministry or except for Section 2.1.1(1)(a), regional executive director’s designate;

  • Department Chair means the chair of a department or the director of a centre or program.

  • Liaison Officer means a local representative of the temporary workforce, duly appointed through the PSC processes, to act on behalf of the workers and through whom all matters pertaining to the temporary workforce can be channelled.
