Principal Councils definition

Principal Councils. – means Northamptonshire County Council (NCC), and the seven district and borough councils in the county of Northamptonshire, namely Corby Borough Council (CBC), Daventry District Council (DDC), East Northamptonshire Council (ENC), Kettering Borough Council (KBC), Northampton Borough Council (NBC), South Northamptonshire Council (SNC) and Wellingborough Borough Council (WBC)
Principal Councils means any of the 22 local authorities in Wales as set out in Parts I and II of Schedule 4 to the Local Government Act 1972.

  • Local councils will undertake, where practicable, to disseminate to parishioners urgent information from Principal Councils for example, the last minute cancellation of refuse collection or emergency planning warnings.

  • Lead planning agency means one or more public entities having stormwater management planning authority designated by the regional stormwater management planning committee pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:8-3.2, that serves as the primary representative of the committee.

  • LLC Division means the division of a limited liability company into two or more limited liability companies, with the dividing company continuing or terminating its existence as a result, whether pursuant to the laws of any applicable jurisdiction or otherwise (including, without limitation, any “plan of division” under Section 18-217 of the Delaware Limited Liability Company Act or any similar statute or provision under applicable law or otherwise).

  • Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.

  • City Council means the City Council of the City.

  • Non-Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility means an Ambulatory Surgical Facility which does not meet the definition of an Administrator Ambulatory Surgical Facility.

  • Planning Board means the Planning Board of the University;

  • Legislative Leadership Committee means a committee established, authorized to be established, or designated by the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the General Assembly, or the Minority Leader of the General Assembly pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-10.1 for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.

  • Regional Director means the Regional Director of the Southwestern Region of the Ministry;

  • District Evaluation Advisory Committee means a group created to oversee and guide the planning and implementation of the Board of Education's evaluation policies and procedures as set forth in N.J.A.C. 6A:10-2.3.

  • North American Numbering Council or "NANC" means the federal advisory committee chartered by the FCC to analyze, advise, and make recommendations on numbering issues.

  • Regional Manager means regional executive director of the Ministry or except for Section 2.1.1(1)(a), regional executive director’s designate;

  • Liaison Officer means a local representative of the temporary workforce, duly appointed through the PSC processes, to act on behalf of the workers and through whom all matters pertaining to the temporary workforce can be channelled.
