  • Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, until the Obligations under the Principal Credit Agreement are Paid in Full, (x) only the Senior Agent shall have the right to give a Payment Blockage Notice and (y) any Payment Blockage Notice given by a holder of any Senior Indebtedness that is not the Senior Agent shall not be effective for any purposes.
