principal dentist definition
principal dentist means a dentist on a dental list prepared by a Health Board in accordance with regulation 4(1A) of the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1996;
principal dentist means a dentist on the dental list, who has one or more assistants whose work is included in the claims made by that dentist to the BSO and in relation to whose work the dentist receives payment from the BSO;
principal dentist means any dentist providing GDS who is on the dental list held by the Health Board in terms of the Regulations;
