Principal MV Cure Account definition

Principal MV Cure Account has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(a).

  • Any amount not paid when due shall accrue interest at a reasonable rate determined by HDC.

  • The Developer agrees that its failure to follow the extension of time procedure provided herein shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and will render null and void all approvals from the BMA, PC, DRT, and as applicable, the DRC or the HDC.

  • HDC shall make such determination in good faith and based on its knowledge and experience and the amounts paid to similarly qualified practitioners providing similar services for P.C. or other professional corporations affiliated with HDC.
