Principal Officer means an employee of the Portfolio Manager who has been designated as such by the Portfolio Manager.

More Definitions of Principal Officer

Principal Officer means a person who has been designated as Principal Officer by the Portfolio Manager as required under the SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 1993 and he will be responsible for the activities of Portfolio Manager.

Principal Officer shall thereafter mean any officer performing substantially the same functions as are currently performed by one or more of the officers listed in the first sentence of this definition.
