Fiscal Officer definition

Fiscal Officer means, with respect to a regional transit authority, the secretary-treasurer thereof, and with respect to a county that is a transit authority, the fiscal officer of the county transit board if one is appointed pursuant to section 306.03 of the Revised Code or the county auditor if the board of county commissioners operates the county transit system.
Fiscal Officer means the Director of Finance of the City.
Fiscal Officer means the Fiscal Officer of the County.

More Definitions of Fiscal Officer

Fiscal Officer means the Fiscal Officer of the County, including an interim or acting Fiscal Officer.
