Examples of Principal Only Assignment in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any Assignee of a Principal Only Assignment shall have no obligation to fund or advance any draws under this Agreement or any Note.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, any Assignee of a Principal Only Assignment shall have no obligation to purchase any Notes.

  • For purposes of determining whether the Borrower has reached the Maximum Commitment hereunder, any principal amount of Notes outstanding with respect to a Principal Only Assignment shall be included in such determination.
