Examples of Principal Only Components in a sentence

  • With respect to the Class 1-X, Class 2-X and Class B-X Certificates and each Distribution Date, any amount of Net Deferred Interest that is allocated to the that Component on such Distribution Date will be added as principal to the outstanding Component Principal Balances of the related Principal Only Components.

  • If on any Distribution Date the allocation to the Certificates (other than the Principal Only Components) of Principal Prepayments in the percentage required would reduce the sum of the Class Principal Balances of the Certificates (other than the Principal Only Components) below zero, the Senior Prepayment Percentage for such Distribution Date shall be limited to the percentage necessary to reduce such sum to zero.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, on each Distribution Date, the Principal Only Components will receive the Discount Fraction of all principal payments, including, without limitation, Principal Prepayments, received in respect of each Discount Loan.
