Principal’s List definition

Principal’s List. All A’s, no N’s or U’s, and no minuses in Special Areas. Students in all grades will be required to do homework. Infinite Campus is the school’s online grade book that is accessible from home. Log in at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/campus/portal/paradisevalley.jsp The following items are prohibited at school: iPods, CD players, radios, video games, skateboards, heelie wheels, roller blades, baseball cards, firecrackers, pop caps, stink bombs, knives, toy weapons, candy, gum, hard balls, bats, toys, trading cards for Kindergarten through 4th graders, etc. Scooters (motorized), skateboards, razor, roller blades, heelies and mopeds are prohibited on school grounds. The school assumes no liability for loss or damage to such items. If necessary the items will be confiscated by the administration or teacher and returned to the parent. The school will make every effort to help locate lost articles when reported. At the end of each semester any unclaimed items are donated to a local charity.

Examples of Principal’s List in a sentence

  • Principal’s List/Honor Roll Students in grades 4th–6th can receive Principal’s List status by receiving All A’s in the areas of Reading, Writing, Spelling, Mathematics, Social Studies, Science, Technology, and Physical Education.

  • Each trimester Beitzel students in grades 4-6 who have demonstrated academic excellence receive public recognition for their accomplishments through the Honor Roll and Principal’s List.

  • For determining eligibility for Honor’s Roll and Principal’s List, the grades for Math Concepts and Math Basic Skills are counted separately.

  • Students that earn a 3.0-3.49 grade point average are on the Honor Roll; students with a 3.5-3.99 are on the High Honor Roll; students with a 4.0 are on the Principal’s List.

  • Students that earn an “A” in all classes during any nine-week term will be placed on the Principal’s List.

  • Head of School’s List – 95 or above in every class Principal’s List – 90 or above in every class Parents should not call teachers for assignments or bring work to school that students left at home.

  • At the end of each nine week grading period, students will be honored for Principal’s List (All A’s) and Honor Roll (All A’s and B’s).

  • All decisions arrived at by agreement between the Company and the Union Committee with respect to any grievance involving a direct difference between the Company and the Union shall be made in writing and shall be final and binding on both parties.

  • Students in Grades 4 to 8 are eligible for the Principal’s List if they have an average of 4.0. They are eligible for First Honors if they have an average of 3.5 and they are eligible for Second Honors if they have an average of 3.0. All Honor Students must have S or better in minor subjects and no D’s or F’s in any major subject.
