Prior Approval Scheme means a scheme under which the Responsible Commissioner gives Prior Approval for treatments and services prior to referral or following initial assessment that may form part of the Services required by the Service Users following referral;

  • A Prior Approval Scheme will typically set out a commissioner policy for access to a certain service or treatment – a high-cost drug, for instance, or a treatment of perceived low clinical value.

  • Stockholder Approval Date means the date on which Stockholder Approval is received and deemed effective under Delaware law.

  • Company Shareholder Approval has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03(d).

  • MAA Approval means approval by the EMEA of a marketing authorization application (“MAA”) filed with the EMEA for the applicable Licensed Product under the centralized European procedure.
