Examples of Prior Arrangements in a sentence
This Agreement together with all exhibits hereto, as well as any additional agreements referenced herein, sets forth the entire agreement of the parties hereto in respect of the subject matter contained herein and supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings between the Executive and the Company with respect to the subject matter hereof (including, without limitation, the Prior Arrangements).
The parties agree that in no event shall any severance or additional consideration be paid out as part of the Prior Arrangements as a result of Executive entering into this Agreement.
In each case, the Retired Employee Premium Shares for PVP Retirees shall be determined on the same basis as Retired Employee Premium Shares had been determined under Prior Arrangements.

Upon execution of this Agreement, Employee (a) releases and waives any rights or entitlements that Employee has or may have under any Prior Arrangements, (b) releases and waives any claims for damages relating to or arising out of the termination or rejection of any Prior Arrangement during the Company's reorganization and (c) acknowledges that all severance payments provided for in the KERP are in lieu of and not in addition to notice or severance payments provided at law, whether statutory or otherwise.
Employee and JWCFS ----------------------------------------------- hereby agree to the termination of the existing employment agreement, dated as of ________ between Employee and JWCFS, and hereby terminate such agreement (the "Prior Arrangements").
The Prior Arrangements and each Party's rights thereunder are hereby terminated.
