Prior Business definition

Prior Business means the New Jersey Personal Business issued prior to the Nonrenewal Date and all endorsements issued on such Business prior to and during the Nonrenewal Period.

  • Business concern or business means a business that has annual gross sales of less than $75,000,000 as evidenced by the federal income tax return of the business.
