Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any amendment or update to the Gorilla Development Plan that is approved at a JDC meeting (including the Gorilla Development Budget therein and, if applicable the Gorilla Agreed Budget), and any pre-clinical or clinical study protocol or any amendment thereto that is approved at a JDC meeting shall be attached to the minutes of such meeting.
